OH MAN I HAVE ONE OF THESE!

Back when I was eight years old, it was my mother, my father, my older brother, and myself. I just saw it again today, awesome!

I think I'm going have walgreens convert it to a DVD for me.

I loved how when my mother played the Captain when we did this, she flubbed the line and said "not while i'm holding this Photon Torpedo" I had to hold my laughter.

I remember doing this with my family probably around the same time that sonofmohg did his. My sister and I were sitting up in front and were told to drive the ship, well my sister was pretending that she had a steering wheel, u can see it in the video, it's some funny stuff. Good times.

I was at Universal in Orlando in July of 1991 and almost walked right past it! God, I was so thrilled to do that! I think you guys did a great job, mine was pretty wooden. I will have to post mine soon, I'll let ya know!

Couldn't believe that this was an attraction at a theme park! Awesome really, a shame it's not operating anymore.

I would like to ask that everyone that has watched and enjoyed this please vote for it to be on the main page as a 'featured' video here on you tube. I think many will enjoy it if they just are able to find it and that is definately the best way. Thanks so much!

The Summer of 1994 my Mother and I went to Orlando to Universal Studios, a trip I had wanted to have for a long time prior if for no other reason but to go on the Back To The Future ride. While we were there we found a video souvenir place that can put you 'into the movies'. All they had was Star Trek and though I was a modest fan of the films I wanted to do it anyway, problem was this required two people, one for the role of Captain and one as the Vulcan. My Mother really didn't want to do it but it was that or some stranger from the park be in my video so I convinced her to do be the Vulcan.

It's very corny at times because we couldn't see what was going on, we were told where to stand and what to say, etc all without knowing the consequences. Eventually I loosen up and start having fun and ignoring the corny direction I was given by the guy working the video.

It's goofy, corny fun and we are not actors but we enjoyed it none the less. I could end up being the next Star Wars kid but hey, there are worse things right? :)
