Drunk David Hasselhoff [FULL VERSION]

["A new video of a very drunk David Hasselhoff has made the rounds on the internet and on television, forcing the Baywatch star to admit to a long battle with alcoholism. The 16-year-old daughter of David Hasselhoff, Taylor Ann, recorded the video and can be heard speaking to David on it, three months ago, after a night of heavy drinking by her father in an attempt to show him what he gets like w More..hen he drinks and "scare him straight." It's unclear how the tape then made its way to the world of celebrity journalism, but there was a drunk David Hasselhoff on TV on Thursday trying very unsuccessfully to eat a hamburger and failing and slurring his speech.

On the tape, a young female voice can be heard berating David Hasselhoff, urging him not to drink and even warning him that he could lose his gig in the Las Vegas run of The Producers if he doesn't sober up. The former Baywatch star released a statement on Thursday which read, in part, quoted by Reuters, "Despite that I have been going through a painful divorce and I have recently been separated from my children due to my work, I have been successfully dealing with my issue. Unfortunately, one evening I did have a brief relapse, but part of recovery is relapse."

David Hasselhoff admitted that his two daughters from his marriage to Pamela Bach were concerned about his drinking and made the tape one night to show him what he's like when he's drunk. He said in the statement, "I have seen the tape. I have learned from it and I am back on my game."

The statement from David Hasselhoff continued, "The tape was never meant to become public, but got into the hands of individuals who are not worthy of mentioning, who maliciously released the tape for their own self purpose. I hope that someone else will learn from the tape, as I have."

Last year, David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, after sixteen years of marriage. They had two daughters, Taylor Ann and a fourteen-year-old named Hayley. Today, WENN reports that Pamela Bach claims that David Hasselhoff assaulted her at the height of his alcoholism. Bach claims that David Hasselhoff has been an alcoholic for years and is quoted by the newsservice as saying, "I thought, 'If he just wouldn't drink, everything's gonna be OK. Life is good, we've got two beautiful girls, they're amazing." Back reports that things got bad when David Hasselhoff started abusing her at the heights of his alcoholism. Bach told that to Access Hollywood last night with her lawyer by her side. Bach said, "It's embarrassing and you think, 'What did you do?' You come to the point you didn't do anything." Bach does say that David Hasselhoff is a "wonderful man" when he's sober.

Last July, David Hasselhoff was denied access to a flight at Heathrow Airport in London because he was too drunk, according to witnesses. His representative explained it as an illness."]
