I would like to have a multitab browser created for me that is cross platform ie will work with different browsers like Internet explorer,Mozilla firefox, mac browsers, opera and the like and is compatible with these operating Windows 98, ME, XP and Vista All versions.
I must retain total rights to the created browser (no clones or variation are to be created for someone else, this is proprietary information, I need some capable of doing this task.)
Trust is a very big issue as I am vague in my description as I do not want my idea to be copied or created and sold to someone else and if I have ongoing support issues as after you create the software I would give certain people copies to beta test. (just like Bill Gates of Microsoft did by giving out copies to be tested for error and functionality before releasing his latest operating system: Vista.
I am new to this site and you or I don't have feedback, I have been online quite a while and need to make sure that I would keep all rights to the created software and pay you and I really need to know about your past work to know if you are capable of creating this browser.
I do not give feedback for at least 30 days after the project is completed.

Deliverables:
The interface would be similar to apple itunes with up to 7 tabs similar to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ across and when some tabs are clicked it would load the site or reveal
more tabs from top to bottom which when clicked on it would open the default browser (internet explorer, mozilla firefox, netscape,mac etc) (in a new window with NO web address bar) with the selected site automatically loading.
This is crucial as I don't want anyone to know the URL of the site in order to make the software more needed.
I need an easy installation process and possible ongoing support hence I don't give feedback for at least 30 days.
What type of payment do you accept?
I want to get started on this now, but need to find someone who can actually deliver the goods (has the skills it takes to build the browser)
I would like the browser to fill the screen except for the bottom toolbar, with the title of the software, Important Notice link and link to my site prominently displayed on the top above the tabs, also a limited liability box where they must click yes in order to install the software.
Once we agree, I would give you the Urls to use.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
