i am sick to death of joint commission safety goals. it's common sense. and you got a bunch of people who never have worked as nurses gumming up the works, and making it that much harder to do our jobs.

i'm not allowed to talk to jcaho. about six years i told the examiners exactly what i thought of them. i have to use vacation days when they are at my hospital. i wasn't ugly, they just asked me what i thought, and i told them.

These community hospital night shifters are having fun during downtime ( or is there such a thing in the E.R ? ). However, we were able to pull off a video that took us over 2 weeks in production and a few days post production. Enjoy this video that showcases every person working in the field of Health Care. Camera shy or not, these people are real, no professional actors, just professional caregivers getting your sickness out.
