I changed the 2nd pic now, there seems to be something wrong with the compression I think ...

The gonads are especially sensitive to radiation, perhaps this is world where there is a lot of radiation...and somehow the faces of the people are unaffected. :P

The top ones is so obviously a render, the blood is so blatantly a post production effect. But it is made using in game assets. Bottem looks all real time.
