Police warning over sex offender
Constantin Boghiu
Boghiu committed indecent exposure at Whipps Cross Hospital
Police are warning members of the public to be vigilant after a potentially dangerous sex offender failed to report his new address.

Constantin Boghiu, 31, a Moldavian who speaks little English, was sentenced to an 18-month rehabilitation order for indecent exposure in July.

He was placed on the sex offenders' register and is therefore obliged to notify police of any change in address.

Boghiu, who was last seen in Stratford, may be a danger to women, say police.

Describing him as white, 5ft 9ins, stocky with black cropped hair and brown eyes, they are urging members of the public to contact them if they know his whereabouts.

Boghiu committed two counts of indecent exposure at Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone, east London.
